Shame On You, President Bush!
I can't be silent about the despicable remarks President Bush made yesterday in Israel. A sitting American President, in
front of the Israeli governing body, the Knesset, on the occasion of Israel's 60th anniversary of its creation, invokes the
Nazis to accuse Americans who disagree with his world view of being appeasers. What crap!
Frankly, I don't care whether Bush meant to point his finger at Barack Obama, or Hillary Clinton, or Jimmy Carter, or anyone
else in particular. If a Democrat had done what Bush did yesterday, conservatives would be calling for his or her censuring
in the wildest of terminology.
Bush negotiates with terrorists when it suits his purposes -- Libya's Kaddafi, for example, and North Korea, and even Iran
-- but when someone else suggests it, well, then, it's surrender, and we're begging to be attacked. How disgusting an attitude.
This "president" is a disgrace, his policies have been gross failures, and the sooner he's out of office, the sooner
we can begin to repair the damage he's done.
Shame on you, President Bush!

Gitmo detainess are released, and then become suicide bombers. Who's to blame? And is it a big deal if Hamas wants Barack
Obama elected President? What about Israel on its 60th birthday this week? We've got lots to discuss . . . tune in!

Chris Plante's off today, and I'll be covering the 1:00pm - 4:00pm shift solo. That means we'll have plenty of time to discuss,
among other things, the Obama/Wright matter and the developments this week; the "gas tax" baloney, and much more.
