Chris and I will discuss the State of the Union, since President Bush will make his speech Monday
night. We'll ask you just what the state of the union IS . . . and you and I will talk about Obama's smashing of Hillary
in South Carolina, the Florida Republican race, the economic stimulus package . . . and maybe the insane people in Virginia
who still allow people to buy guns at gun shows without background checks, even after the massacre at Virginia Tech last year.
Tune in!

Correction . . .
The link to my blog posted below doesn't seem to work, so do this: Go to www.CampaignCarolinas.com; click on "Bloggers" at the top of the page, and then scroll down until you see mine.

Full Circle?
An old friend in Charlotte asked me to begin writing a blog for the political website for the CBS-TV affiliate there,
WBTV, on their " CampaignCarolinas.com" website -- so it's begun. You can access my blog HERE. Go post a comment -- and check out the other bloggers as well!

There's really no other subject today (although I have plenty up my sleeve, trust me)
except the fact that one year from today, we'll be inaugurating a new President. Following yesterday's results in South
Carolina and Nevada, it's safe to say things couldn't be more cloudy. Chris and I will discuss this from our separate
perspectives, and then you and I will struggle with a question that, for me, is painful. Tune in.

No fooling . . . Chris and I need about 6 hours today to cover everything we want to
discuss: Hillary/Barack and racism and women's support and the Republican's political mess; READ ID cards; Maryland
driver's licenses for illegal immigrants; obscene compensation for corporate CEOs who drive down their company's stock prices;
what to do for people who are struggling from an impending (if not already present) recession; President Bush in Israel/Palestine
(now? why?) . . . join us!

Chris Plante and I will discuss the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries, and I'll explain
why I've been predicting Barack Obama's win for the past year. And we may need to finally discuss one of the major issues
-- health care -- from what I think you'll find a different angle . . .
