Again, too much to cram into 2 hours. But here's what's on my mind:
-- Everyone's jumping to conclusions (maybe justifiably so) about Hamas taking over the Palestinian
government, saying we'll never talk with them until they renounce their position calling for the elimination of Israel --
and that we should immediately cut off all financial aid to them. I've got a slightly diffferent proposal, one that
I think you should listen to before you dismiss it out of hand.
-- Oprah Winfrey took apart author James Frey on Thursday for the lies in his "memoir," "A Million
Little Pieces." As someone who's been in the kind of shoes Frey's walked in, I'm furious about this -- and I've got
a proposal for action.
-- More: A preview of the State of the Union speech, Klein style.

I've got more on my plate tonight than we'll ever have time to discuss in two hours:
-- 33 years after Roe vs. Wade, will we ever settle the issue of abortion?
-- Should the Government have the right to stop me if I decide I want a doctor to help me die?
-- Is Maryland going to hell now that a judge has struck down the ban on gay marriage?
-- Should the Government have the right to see what you do on the Internet?
-- Is it time to get serious about stopping an even more dangerous Iran before it's too late?
-- And, now that we know Bin Laden is alive, can President Bush still claim progress in the war
on terror?
Come and get it! 2 hours of hot talk on 630 WMAL!

It will be a very interesting show tonight, folks -- I promise. I have a confession of
sorts to make, and an apology to issue, and a puzzle for you to help us solve. Tune in at 7pm.

Happy New Year! Join me live tonight as we take a look at the year gone by, and the one ahead,
with a particular emphasis on the following issues:
-- Why has the city of Manassas decided that your aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins and other
members of your extended family can't live in the same house with you?
-- Was a federal judge right when he ruled last week that public meetings shouldn't be started
with a prayer mentioning the name of Jesus Christ?
-- Is President Bush right in asserting he has the power to eavesdrop on American citizens during
a time of war without a court order?
-- What do we do about reports that say the U.S. and others is preparing to attack Iran over nuclear
weapons?
Join me, won't you?
