My show on 630 WMAL has expanded (for the time being) to 3 hours, 12:00 Noon
- 3:00 pm ET, beginning this Sunday, April 3rd -- BUT: I'll be off this week to attend my son's wedding.
Turi Ryder will be substituting for me. I'll be back next Sunday.

On Easter Sunday, on my show, we'll try to remind ourselves that we are a country in which the rule of law cannot be trumped
by a loud, partisan minority -- and that in this country, at least, we still have the right to decide what happens to our
bodies. Thank God.

On tap for today:
-- The incredibly divisive struggle of the life -- or death -- of Terri Schiavo. Who should
decide what happens to her? Does Congress have any business intervening after years of decisions by state courts?
And, the real question: Do you belive you have the right to decide when, and how, you die? (Vote in the poll below.)
-- And -- 2 years after the beginning of our war in Iraq, a majority of the American people now
say it was a mistake. So what do we do now?
-- Plus: President Bush's approval ratings have hit a new low -- based largely, surveys say,
on his Social Security initiatives.
And more, in a quick two hours . . .

On tap for today:
-- Condi Rice says she's "mildly pro-choice," but doesn't want the government to force its views
on citizens. For those of you who are pro-life, does this disqualify her from a possible run for elective office?
And if you can opt out of having the government pay for those things you find morally objectionable, can I have the same right?
Can I opt out of paying for the government's torture of suspected terrorists?
-- Terry Schiavo's husband has turned down an offer of $10 Million -- and a separate, bonded $1
Million offer -- to turn over control of her fate to her parents. Why would he do that if all he cares about is money?
And -- would you want to be kept alive by the use of a feeding tube if you were in her condition after 15 years?

On tap for today: Much more than we can fit in . . .
-- What's wrong with teaching our kids that homosexuality actually exists in the world, and that it might
be a good idea to use a condom if you're sexually active?
-- Why is Congress rushing to make declaring bankruptcy more difficult for individuals, while corporations
get a pass, and the U.S. Government itself can't balance its own budget?
-- Why won't President Bush admit defeat on his wrong-headed Social Security plan and start over with something
more reasonable?
-- Kudos to the Supreme Court for doing the right thing in ending capital punishment for minors; now let's
hope they do right on the Ten Commandments, too.
-- How much will you celebrate Wednesday night when Dan Rather signs off?
And more, in a quick two hours . . .
